Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · In-office or hybrid · Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses
What you'll do
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through referrals, calls, and community outreach
- Educate clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance options
- Quote, present, and bind policies that genuinely fit each client's needs
- Build long-term relationships through reviews, renewals, and check-ins
- Hit and exceed monthly production targets with the support of our team
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Sales, customer service, or finance background is a plus (but not required)
- Property & Casualty and Life licenses (we'll help you get them if you don't)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
